Meet the Gang!

*ALL BREED HORSE SHOW 1999 - HIGH POINT ARABIAN at age 20 with Georgina Simard aboard!
Our gang is quite small, but its quality is very high. I'll begin with Dandy Sir, Edgar's 21 yr. old Arab-Quarter Horse gelding, sired by *Gay Orzel (*Gaypolka x *Rusalkaa). Dandy is a little horse at 14.3 HH but he has a huge heart and atheletic ability, as well as a large attitude and ego! Even at 21 he still consistently out performs the 'big guys' and excels at everything he does from reining to jumping to trail riding in the Rocky Mountains, very seldom does this horse place lower than first or second in the Western performance events and always places in the English. This is a horse with very eye catching presence and carriage and always draws a great deal of attention where ever he goes. He very much enjoys being the center of attention (we sometimes call him God!). Dandy is still showing occasionally, doing reining with Edgar and also showed English for the first time in '97 - taking home the High Point Horse or Pony at the Arabian Reunion Show with myself (Georgina Simard) riding him! Dandy came to Nova Scotia with us from Edmonton, Alberta where he was born, and has been with Edgar for about 15 years.

Next we have Allah Abu Medina (FF Nikoro {a *Silver Drift grandson}x SD Athena {a *Farazdac grand-daughter}), otherwise known as Abby. Abby is a breath taking 10 yr. old Crabbet/Egyptian mare who stands a very elegant 15.2 HH. Her beautiful, flowing movement is parallelled only by her spirited yet gentle disposition. Her beauty, grace and sociability make her a favorite to clients and visitors and always draws a lot of admirers where ever she goes. She is definitely an Arabian Sport Horse type with top halter quality conformation and beautiful Arab type . She also trailers, clips, bathes, ties and has very good stable manners, is easy to vet and farrier and has no vices. Abby is very willing, responsive and quick to learn, and absolutely loves to work. Abby has a very good base of training for English/Hunter Pleasure, Basic Dressage and Reining and is also a fantastic trail riding horse, and is ready to be polished into the finished product for any desired discipline. She is also started over small fences. Abby's exceptional conformation, atheletic ability, honest heart and huge flowing gaits make her an outstanding potential for Dressage, Reining, Endurance, Huntseat, Jumping, or Eventing. This mare is ready to begin what we're certain will be a very successful show career, with a small amount of schooling shows already under her belt.
